System1 Group PLC has raised its full year profit expectations following an impressive performance in the third quarter of 2024. The marketing platform provider continues to showcase its strength through innovation, client growth, and strategic market expansion.

Q3 Highlights

The third quarter proved pivotal for System1, with a 24% increase in revenue compared to the same period last year. This growth was driven by record platform sales, strong client retention rates, and the addition of over 120 new clients during the quarter, bringing the year to date total to more than 230, a 14% increase year on year.

The company now expects to close the year with £37 million in revenue, a 21% rise from £30 million last year. Pretax profits are forecasted at £5 million, exceeding market expectations of £4.4 million and representing significant growth from £3.1 million the previous year.

Strategic Drivers

System1 attributes its growth to several factors. Its £2 million investment programme, aimed at improving its Innovation proposition and expanding into the US market, has begun yielding results. CEO James Gregory commented, “The third quarter ended well with record platform revenue, strong revenue retention, and an encouraging new business pipeline for the rest of the financial year.”

The company has also made significant strides in enhancing platform capabilities and securing partnerships that optimise user experience while improving cost efficiency. These efforts have not only driven revenue but have also strengthened System1’s competitive position in the market.

System1’s focus on innovation and international expansion, coupled with its ability to attract and retain high value clients, sets it up for continued success.
